BOARDING TERMS & CONDITIONS.

At Oak Brook your Guinea pigs will be cared for and pampered, and we will do our utmost to make their stay with us a happy one.

However should your guineapig become unwell whilst boarding with us, we need your permission to take him/her to our local vet. When you bring your guinea pigs to stay with us, you will be asked to compleat a form that gives us that permission and that states any costs will be met by yourselves on your return.

If you are aware your guinea pig is ill and that he/she has medication to take, we can administer any medication with your permission but we will not take very sick or contagious animals. All guinea's are left with us at the owners risk.

We will also need a contact number for yourselves and a contact number for someone else who can act on your behalf should it be difficult to get hold of you (someone in this country)
